Leadership and The Administrative Process

To optimise available manpower, the work of Authentic Kingdom Culture Inc shall be undertaken through specific Organs. Our operating system is wired for empowerment of saints: Teach, Train, Equip, Activate and Release! Our scope of Kingdom influence is the Republic of Ireland and the European Union.

Administrative Process

The National Board of Trustees

These shall be an odd number of saints -minimum of 3 and maximum of 7 who will:

Hold the Vision in Trust
Be accountable to the National Registration authority
Provide the spiritual and practical support needed by the Chief Executive
Ensure that financial and administrative records of the Ministry are kept safely and securely.
Ensure that information, data, and Privacy policies of the ministry are GDPR compliant.
Provide biblical principles of arbitration and conflict resolution when necessary

The Chief Executive

This shall be the Principal Officer charged with responsibility for:

Ensuring that the Vision is implemented as articulated in this document.
Take charge of the Administration of the Organisation
Provides regular reports to the Board of Trustees
Liaise with the Visionaries to ensure that the Organisation is fit for purpose.
Ensure optimal utilisation of all the spiritual, human, material, and financial assets of the ministry.

The Administrative/Management Committee

The Chief Executive shall preside over an Administrative/Management Committee which shall assist him to implement the vision. The committee shall comprise volunteers or employees who will have specific responsibilities to assist the Chief Executive run the departments.

Administrative Officer: shall provide the administrative capacity to keep the vision functional as an ongoing entity.
Finance Officer: shall ensure that all revenues are properly recorded and banked. The Officer shall also provide transparent processes for disbursement of funds as approved by the Chief Executive and ensure that such funds are duly accounted for. The Finance Officer shall ensure that funds of the Ministry are used for purposes which advance the

Authentic Kingdom Culture Inc is part of a global network of National Ministries committed to proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom; lead sinners to Salvation by Grace through Faith; Disciple those who are saved and train those who are saved through the Teach, Train, Equip, Activate and Release Process to become The Royal Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek. We submit to Visionaries of the Reformation, Restoration and Revival Movement worldwide, Apostle George Akalonu and Pastor Grace Akalonu as our Mentors and Spiritual Leaders. We submit to their guidance, oversight and trust the Grace and Wisdom which Elohim God has granted them to lead this movement across the world. If any disputes arise within Authentic Kingdom Culture Inc Ireland which cannot be solved by the Board of Directors, we will invite them to enable us find solution according to biblical precepts of the Kingdom.
